Sales Advisor

We have a brilliant opportunity for a **Sales Advisor** to join our thriving Sales team where you'll make a huge impact for our customers.

This role will have a blend of home and office working, but there will be plenty of flexibility. You can be based from either our Bristol or Basingstoke office.

**The role will include**:

- Providing administrative support for the sales service and direct support to Sales Consultants
- Building rapport with our customers using open questions to better understand our customers' circumstances, needs and what's important to them
- Collating and maintaining information around availability of our developments and homes using the Customer Relationship Management system and well-known property portals
- Acting as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring accurate information and advice is given

**What we're looking for**:
We're flexible on the experience you'll bring to the role, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and will thrive from providing an excellent customer service. You'll enjoy working closely with customers and will lookforward to supporting them taking the next step in their lives.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, including MS packages.
