Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team.

You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively.

You will be highly efficient, task-focused and be able to make calculated decisions

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Uploading documents onto internal system
- Answer and deal with incoming phone calls
- Supporting general manager with administration tasks as and when required
- Processing orders
- Data input
- Ensuring all internal resources in relation to course details are updated as require.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office, including answering the external intercom telephone.
Skills/Attributes/Experience:

- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise own workload and act on own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and have good attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to £9.70 per hour
