Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a **qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner**to join our friendly, supportive early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, caring professional who is committed to providing high-quality early education and care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the **EYFS**:
- Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using EYFS guidance
- Act as a **key person**, building strong relationships with children and families
- Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports all children
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality provision
**Requirements**:
- **Level 3 qualification in Early Years** (full and relevant)
- Good understanding of the **EYFS framework**:
- Passion for early childhood education and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Ability to engage children through creative and meaningful play
