**ROVI**, part of the Ottolenghi family of restaurants, is looking for a dynamic and friendly **Restaurant Receptionist** to join our team in London. If you thrive in a vibrant environment, have excellent communication skills, and are excited about the world of food, we want to hear from you

**As a Restaurant Receptionist at ROVI, you will**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude at **ROVI**:

- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about menus, bookings, and events
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a **restaurant receptionist**, host/hostess, or similar role in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Seven Rooms) is a plus
- A passion for **ROVI's food culture** and a love for customer service
