Betty is adamant she does not want to go into a care home, which is where Home Instead can help. Betty looks forward to seeing the** same** care professional every day - you will become a friend and a fantastic support, a Care Professional that Betty trusts and relies on to start her day. We are different to other care providers because **we don't do any visits of less than 1 hour**, this gives you quality time with your client. No rushing, just doing required tasks and activities that your client would like to be completed. Competitive rates of pay £12.25 - £13.00 per hour with double pay on Bank Holidays. **Paid Mileage** and** Paid Travel Time**to get you to and from your client: We believe in paying our staff fairly for their time. **Industry Leading Training**: Our training programs have been produced to ensure you have the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to excel in your role. Introductions and shadowing before going out on your own are a must, this ensures that you have confidence in knowing what the daily routine looks like. **We NEVER throw you in at the deep end, we ensure you have been introduced to the client and have completed shadow visits with an experienced Care Professional before you are on your own, but that's only when you feel confident.** **Care Certificate**: Once you have completed your extended training you will receive an industry recognised Care Certificate.
