We are looking to recruit for a Corporate account manager to help deliver improved efficiency within the corporate sales function, enhance customer service, drive growth through existing accounts and support tender based new business opportunities.

The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of several existing accounts to drive the growth and retention of the accounts. To compile and determine commercial and technical solutions for the more complex sales opportunities, from qualificationthrough to implementation and to take ownership of report analysis and account performance reviews.

Main Duties:

- Identifying existing account opportunities through research of the existing account sales performance.
- Providing exceptional customer service levels by acting as the escalation point of contact for inbound and outbound sales communication to corporate customers
- Liaise with the corporate sales function in the completion of price list reviews for large customers
- Accountability for managing large opportunities through the business
- Monitor and track back orders, instantly rectify and report any potential issues
- Maintain and manage customer records using all appropriate means to ensure that activity and details of key contacts are visible and accessible
- Managing accounts, agreeing short, medium and long-term growth objectives with the customer and formulating account plans accordingly
- Managing, retaining, and up selling to existing accounts
- Margin and cost analysis
- Travel across the UK to establish relationships and drive sales
- Effectively managing and coordinating customer service-related issues
- Creating and maintaining a new opportunity dashboard for the corporate accounts team
- Weekly and monthly reports on activity undertaken
- Working with the relevant internal administration teams to coordinate orders placed.
- Management of diary to demonstrate a level of activity relevant to the requirements of the role
- Coordinate with the Marketing department in the promotion of products and services relevant to the target markets

Experience
- Demonstrable evidence of success against targets
- Thorough and detailed knowledge of sales techniques, CRM and sales reporting
- Project Management skills desirable to ensure the efficient on-boarding of new acquisitions
- Self-starter, able to operate both independently and as part of a team
- Good sales and presentation skills to Board level essential
- Customer-focused relationship builder
- Able to engage effectively at all levels
- Good IT Skills

Company offer superb working environment and this role will be hybrid working although there will be expectations to go to the office a couple of times a week for meetings. Superb benefits plus 20% bonus and £400 monthly car allowance. Package is around£47,000.
