**This is a Maternity Cover position up to a year.**

**The position will be based at our Edinburgh site full time until training has been passed, then will move to 2 days WFH.**

The Purpose of this role is to to organise, optimise and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities carried out by the engineering maintenance team as well as providing accurate data input, production of weekly/periodic reports and general administration support to the maintenance team.

**Key areas of Responsibility**

**Operations**:

- Managing the **CMMS system** (Pirana) to ensure an accurate and on-time vehicle and plant maintenance schedule
- Create monthly dashboard for each site and follow up with individual sites to ensure the scheduled preventive work is being carried out on time.
- Co-ordinate the Technician workload and schedule site visits to ensure efficiencies
- Provide Admin support for the company car scheme and lease vans and arranging hire vehicles when necessary
- Arrange for customer approval of all non-servicing related tasks before commencing repairs
- Organise vehicle transportation between sites or repair facilities
- Prioritise servicing and defect repairs to ensure travelling time is kept to a minimum
- Upload information from inspections sheets into the CMMS
- Control Parts inventory and arrange dispatch of required equipment to sites
- Produce regular reports on completion of workload against schedule and budgets
- Present key information in various formats including charts, graphs and power point presentations
- Developing and keeping track of maintenance supply inventory.

**Health and Safety**:

- Understand and adhere to company quality control measures.

**Customers**:

- Arrange for customer approval of all non-servicing related tasks before commencing repairs
- Visit airfields and airports to build up a relationship with the client

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,485.00 per year
