**Overview**

This triple-office M&E engineering consultancy was established nearly 20 years ago and has experienced consistent growth since. They specialise in providing innovative engineering solutions to projects across a multitude of sectors spread across the UK,with their Birmingham office being heavily focused on Education and Healthcare Schemes. Having developed their Liverpool office into an established office with a fully operative MEP design team within 4 years, they are now in the final stages of achievingthe same with their Birmingham office.

Their collaborative environment allows for their building physics/Sustainability team to work alongside their MEP team. Having established a strong team within the Birmingham office, they are now seeking a Senior Revit Technician to develop within the businesswith the scope to build their CAD/Revit department.

**Role**

As a Senior Revit Technician, you will be expected to report to and assist Engineers with the generation of MEP models.

Ideally you will have:

- A building services degree or relevant (preferable)
- 3+ years' experience working or knowledge of the building services consultancy.
- Proficiency using Revit MEP, AutoCAD autonomously (Essential).
- Experience running clash detection using Navisworks (Desirable)
- Knowledge of the BIM process.
- Have the right to work within the UK
