**Role Overview**

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live independently and with dignity. You will provide practical and emotional support, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and maintain a good quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with daily living tasks (personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping).
- Supporting individuals with social and recreational activities.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
- Following care plans and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Driving licence.

Pay: £22,520.00-£27,184.61 per year
