**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with onboarding and understanding therapy programs.
- Operate and monitor advanced therapy devices, including laser beds, hyperbaric oxygen pods, VR systems, and massage chairs.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in therapy rooms, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide clients with guidance and support during their sessions, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Prepare therapy rooms and equipment before and after client use.
- Collect and document client feedback for service improvement.
- Respond to client inquiries or concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Follow established protocols and training for operating therapeutic devices.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Willingness to learn and operate advanced therapeutic equipment (training provided).
- A caring and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Ability to follow protocols and maintain confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
