**ABOUT YOU**
- Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role.
- Have excellent relationship building skills.
- A drive to mentor and support your colleagues.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Be flexible - Saturday working will be required

If you are multilingual this is an added bonus but not a requirement.

This opportunity is based in our Penge store working 37.5 hours per week including Saturdays this salary includes London Weighting.
