An outstanding opportunity in Preston for a Chartered Building Services Consultants looking for an AutoCAD Technician. You will be working for a dual office but consultants who operate nationwide who have an exceptional reputation in the sector and pride themselveson their ability to deliver projects, customer service and staff retention. Preferably, with previous Building Services experience behind you already, you will have experience of 2D AutoCAD layouts and schematics. The role will be predominantly AutoCAD basedwith the opportunity to grow with the business into the use of Revit MEP in the future. You will also be given the opportunity to do site surveys and other modelling duties depending on your skill set.

The schemes that are currently being done are Public, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Residential projects in the North West region for this engineering consultant. You will be working within a team of engineers and an existing CAD departmentwho will help you through the initial transition in the role and help you settle into your new surroundings. The opportunity to learn Revit MEP in the future is something that makes this opportunity so appealing, and they are already operating well with Revitprojects.
