A leading Lloyd’s Insurance broker is hiring a Head of Compliance Monitoring to lead and manage their monitoring team.

**Reporting into**: Group Chief Compliance Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide compliance oversight and leadership across the company structure.
- Support the company in maintaining compliance with industry and governmental lead regulation standards.
- Deliver the board and senior management team with a reliable monitoring framework.
- Deliver a monitoring programme across systems, controls, and business practises that will demonstrate that the organisation complies with regulatory obligations.
- Manage and oversee the Compliance Monitoring Team.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of FCA.
- Strong regulatory focus.
- Work experience in policy advisory, monitoring, remediation, and assurance roles related to various financial services and financial markets.
- Industry recognised compliance qualifications beneficial but not essential.

**Location**: London (Hybrid Working)

**Salary**: £100,000 - £130,000
