Brook Street Recruitment Agency have the pleasure to represent a growing organisation based in the Peterborough area who are looking for a Sales Trainer to come a join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 4-week assignment.

Are you looking for a new challenge where you have the flexibility to work hybrid and have full autonomy to manage your workload? Then this role would be ideal for you

Hours: Completely flexible but must be able to work between 30-40 hours per week

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
Location: Can be Hybrid or Office Based

You will be responsible for adapting and re-writing their sales training documents, working closely with the Head of Sales to achieve this.
In addition, you will need to design a blended learning intervention that meets the business needs that includes change and evaluates the success of the learning intervention.

You may be asked to run a train the trainer session with the management team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will develop a successful implementation of a sales learning strategy on high-quality content that provides up to date resources that meet the needs of the organisation.
- To develop the training material that enables agents to identify buying signs, focus on pivotal points in a conversation, create hooks and know when to close on a proposition.
- You will design and implement learning interventions that enable agents to know their clients, what motivates them, how to understand needs, wants, desires.
- To work with the Head of Sales to identify sales skills gaps and develop plans to address them.
- You will conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify ways to improve quality.
- Proven ability to design and develop training solutions which are interactive and incorporate different learning styles
- Learning and Development experience.
- Experience in creating and delivering sales skills training courses and material.
- Experience of providing training solutions in a wide variety of delivery methods, including virtual and face to face learning.
- Subject matter expertise and innovation in sales skills.
- Previous experience of working in or managing in a customer-facing service environment.
- Has the ability to communicate at all levels both with written and verbal communication.
- Has the ability to manage complex projects, meeting deadlines.
- Diligent self-starter attitude with passion and drive to succeed.
