**Shift Pattern**

Day shifts

Monday Tuesday ,Wednesday and Thursday 10am - 2:15pm

Fridays 10am -2pm

Flexibility required ad hoc shifts

**Role requirements**
- You must have 2 Years Learning Disability experience working in a health or social care setting as Learning Disability support worker

Require to attend swimming on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Fridays

must like dogs as dog walking will be required
- Friendly and able to interact is essential for this package of care
- Autism awareness
- English language - Fluent oral and written.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Driving license preferred
- Commitment to quality care and support

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Support worker: 2 years (required)
- Learning Disability: 2 years (required)
