We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our friendly team to ensure our recruitment experience is smooth and efficient and can keep up with the growth of the business. Prominently working on bringing in new care workers and supporting them through the recruitment and on-boarding process.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies and help grow the business
- Maintaining own pool of workers carrying out regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations
- Interviewing and screening both UK and overseas applicants

- Prior recruitment experience in a similar field (1 year minimum)

We are offering a competitive basic salary range of £21,000-£25,000 but are open to negotiations depending on experience and what applicants can offer to the business.
