We are now looking for a Groundsman to support our Park Supervisor in maintaining our Development, Silver mists in St Leonards, Dorset.

**Salary: starting at £19,500 then up to £21,500**

**Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- To be responsible for the upkeep of all parks and grounds including grass cutting, strimming, edging and landscaping
- To maintain existing and forthcoming Park facilities
- To assist with renovation or redecoration projects
- To carry out planned maintenance works on Park
- To support the Park Supervisor with sourcing local suppliers and tradespeople
- To keep up the maintenance of all on site equipment eg., lawnmowers, tools etc
- To assisting with the movement of equipment, vehicles, park homes, tools etc around the Park to best respond to needs
- To support onsite Contractors when necessary

Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable as is a driving license.
