Our work supports the UK’s journey to net zero, delivering funded measures through schemes like ECO4, GBIS, and the Warmer Homes Plan.

**Role Overview**

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving uptake of our funded retrofit services. You’ll build relationships with landlords (including multi-property landlords), estate and letting agents, and property management firms to promote energy efficiency schemes and help them futureproof their stock.

This is both an educational and commercial role — you’ll explain the funding available, identify eligible properties, and guide partners through the sign-up process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outreach & Relationship Building**:

- Identify and contact portfolio landlords, property managers, letting agents, and housing associations.
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships as a funding and retrofit advisor.
- **Education & Promotion**:

- Explain current schemes (e.g. ECO4, GBIS, LAD, Warmer Homes) in simple, compelling terms.
- Host 1:1 meetings, group briefings, and site visits to raise awareness of available grants and property upgrades.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Qualify leads based on eligibility (e.g. EPC ratings, property type, heating system).
- Convert interested landlords into completed sign-ups for surveys or installs.
- Keep your pipeline up to date using CRM tools.
- **Sales Process & Reporting**:

- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to onboarding.
- Hit monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, signed properties, and revenue.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activity and performance.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Work with estate agents and managing agents to tap into their portfolios.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and local landlord forums.
- Build strategic referral networks with tradespeople, surveyors, and EPC assessors.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with operations, marketing, and surveying teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Feed back insights on market demand, messaging effectiveness, and common objections.
- Proven B2B or property sales experience (e.g. lettings, estate agency, landlord services, or energy solutions).
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills — able to simplify technical schemes.
- Comfortable with field-based work and confident presenting to groups or individuals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.
- Passion for sustainability, housing, or tackling fuel poverty is a bonus.

Pay: £35,000.00-£78,326.40 per year
