This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic company. This Executive Coach role combines skill sets from organisational psychology and consulting, we are looking for a coach who can deliver individual and team coaching.

We are looking for coaches who are fluent in Polish and reside in Poland (ideally Warsaw).

Sevenhill Consulting works with a range of organisations but specialises in the financial services, technology and renewables sectors, we are ideally looking for a coach with experience in these sectors.

**The Executive Coach role exists to**:

- Coach our clients and their teams in such a way that we Inspire, Develop and Equip them and their teams to achieve better business results and an improved quality of life
- Coach our Senior Executives, in Global Companies, at Board level, not as a remedial intervention, but as a partnership to develop their long term goals and strategic needs.
