**About the Role**

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the essential link between our customers, workshop, and sales departments. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, manage stock, and provide expert advice to ensure the right** Car and Motorcycle** parts and accessories are delivered promptly and accurately.

This is a varied and rewarding role with a balance of face-to-face customer interaction, administrative work, and digital order management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer and workshop enquiries for parts and accessories
- Manage product listings and orders through our e-commerce channels
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Support car parts enquiries and coordinate with service and sales teams
- Maintain accurate records and manage stock using dealership systems
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient parts operation

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT systems and digital platforms
