**Panoramic Associates has partnered with a West London local authority to support with their recruitment of an experienced SEN Case Officer to join their post-16 team.**

You would be joining the LA at an exciting time in their improvement journey; they are recruiting across the SEND service at all levels as part of a restructure. The service is committed to maintaining **small caseloads** and providing **opportunities for Case Officers to specialise** in a particular area of the EHCP process.

This role is ideal for someone with **experience of post-16**(or Preparing for Adulthood) casework. Responsibilities will include **annual reviews, phase transfers**and**being a point of contact for the YP, parents, settings and other relevant professionals**.

This is a **hybrid** role: our client requires a Case Officer who can reliably commute to the office within the local authority (West London) for**one day per week**, and to collect equipment prior to starting the contract.

The assignment will initially be a six-month contract (with a three-month review) and our client is looking for someone who can start ASAP. They can offer a competitive day rate, paid via an umbrella company.
