**Job Summary**

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our friendly and experienced production team. You’ll be responsible for assembling electrical components and wiring harnesses to precise specifications, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards before it reaches our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing or assembly who takes pride in producing accurate, reliable work in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble electrical wiring looms, control panels, and cable harnesses according to technical drawings and production schedules.
- Use hand tools, crimping tools, and power tools safely and accurately.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
- Maintain an organised and tidy workstation, following all health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues to meet production targets and improve processes.
- Identify and report any defects, shortages, or issues in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement activities and training initiatives across the production area.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment preferred.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, or assembly instructions.
- Confident using hand tools, crimping equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
