Start-up feel strategy business looking for 3 hires to focus on strategy case work, benchmarking and data-driven projects working with major investment and corporate banks

With impressive growth the past 3 years, our client has built a hybrid strategy and data/analytics business servicing major banks. With a data and benchmarking business on one side, and a pure strategy arm on the other, this team sits in between and there is chance to work in a hybrid role; part strategy case work and part data-driven projects with top banks in the city.

This is one of the top world brands in strategy, working with firms like Goldman, Barclays and JP Morgan. The team, currently 5 people, are the fast growing area in the company and these roles offer the chance to have significant visibility to senior stakeholders in major FS businesses.

We're looking for 3 exceptional individuals (2 more junior, 1 more senior) from 3 years to circa 6-7 years' experience.

Requirements for these roles:
1. Background in either strategy consulting, benchmarking, data, research or a front office role in a bank

2. Sector experience in financial services, consulting or research at a suitable firm; knowledge of key terms and themes

3. Ability to interrogate data, evaluate it and extract insights for client queries

4. Excellent analytical, rational and problem solving ability

5. Engaging presentation skills; ability to tell a story and run client meetings, dealing with challenging stakeholders in a professional manner

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and cases; excellent time management ability

7. Entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative mind-set, demonstrating ownership and initiative

8. Excellent Excel and Powerpoint ability including pivots and detailed datasets
