**Private Patient Sales Advisor | Sales/Customer Service | £22-23k plus excellent benefits | Spire Portsmouth Hospital | Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week**

Spire Southampton Hospital are looking for a Private Patient Sales Executive to join them on a full time basis **.**

The successful applicant will manage all Self-Pay patient enquiries, convert warm leads into appointments in order to meet key performance targets demonstrating excellent communication skills as well as a positive and proactive customer focused approach.

This role is working a mix of shifts Monday-Friday - 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Convert warm leads into appointments/sales in order to meet key performance targets
- Deliver high quality customer service & care, in line with the expectations of a leading private healthcare business
- Liaise with Hospital Departments to address communication or administrative issues
- Report to the Sales Manager on any escalations or concerns for activity and performance.
- Book follow ups for the patients
