We are pleased to announce we have 1 full or part time vacancy available for new member of care staff to join our care team.

Duties and Responsibilities of our care staff:

- To establish a rapport with the residents, their families and friends, and develop an awareness of the individuals needs, ensuring these are communicated to the team leader
- To work with the multi professional team in a pleasant, cooperative and professional manner
- To have full understanding of the residents optimum level of mobility and encourage independence, but where necessary use appropriate aids and appliances to achieve physical comfort whilst observing the need to minimise the adverse effects of pressure
- To assist residents maintain their personal hygiene and appearance as well as oral hygiene needs
- To take and record observations of temperature, pulse, blood pressure, urinalysis, and weights and be responsible for recording and reporting findings to the team leader
- To provide concise legible and accurate data and care plans maintaining confidentiality at all times
- To comply with all the Homes’ Policies and Procedures and the management of accidents and untoward incidents as well as actively promoting safety and well-being for all our residents

SALARY: £12.00 -£13.77

Training opportunities will be provided.
