Recruitment Resourcer

We have currently have an exceptional opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Resourcing team here at Pure based in any of our offices - Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich or Chelmsford.
It has been a very busy period for us and we are looking for a Resourcer to help us identify, find and engage with the best talent. Your role will support with the following:

- Data mining through databases to find suitable applicants
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping applicants updated on the progress on their search for a new job
- Arranging pre-screening calls and interviews

We are looking for some of the following experience:

- Previous experience in a recruitment based role highly advantageous
- Experience of resourcing or recruiting within accountancy would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A strong in interest in Office, Finance & Marketing recruitment
- Experience in data analysis and reporting information
- Pro-active with the ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
