**About 2Can Productions**: 2Can Productions is a leading outdoor event production company, specialising in the planning and delivery of a diverse range of events, including music festivals, cultural celebrations, mass participation sporting events, and seasonal highlights such as Halloween events and Christmas light trails. Notable events we deliver include **Tafwyl,** **Maes B at the National Eisteddfod, Blenheim Palace Triathlon, Christmas at Bute** **Park, Northern Lights Newcastle and Cardiff Halloween Festival.** We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and audiences. Our team is small, friendly, and dedicated to maintaining a "can do" attitude and reputation with our clients, suppliers and stakeholders. We are currently seeking a **Production Assistant** to join our Cardiff office and help oversee both the planning and execution of events across South Wales, and occasionally elsewhere in the UK. **The Role**: As one of our **Production Assistants**, you’ll be right in the action, making sure events run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work with clients, suppliers, and our in-house team to coordinate logistics, schedules, and production needs, ensuring every detail is spot on. **What You’ll Be Doing**: - Helping plan and organise live events. - Communicating with clients, venues, and suppliers to keep everything on track. - Managing logistics like transport, schedules, and equipment. - Assisting with event setup and breakdown. - General office administration - Keeping budgets and costs in check. - Preparing production schedules and risk assessments. - Scheduling of operational staff and crew - Solving problems on the fly during events. - Running the Site Office during events. - Staying up to date with the latest event production trends. **Who You Are**: We’re after someone who’s organised, energetic, and ready to get stuck in.
