**Job Title**: Dog Handler
**Location**: All Sites in covering the Yorkshire area
**Job Type**: Zero hour contract - Days and Nights
**Pay Rate**: £12.50hr + £1.50hrs for expenses up to a max of 12 hrs per Shift

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular patrols on-site to ensure safety and security.
- Complete comprehensive patrol reports, including incident and observation reports, accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the Control Room using clear, fluent spoken English via communication devices.
- Ensure that vehicles are fully equipped for the welfare of both handler and dog during shifts, including appropriate facilities for rest, hydration, and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date training in Counter Terrorism (CT) and ensure all dog certification records are current and compliant.
- Use and maintain familiarity with the company's ST App for reporting and other operational requirements.
- Relocate to different site locations as required when assignments change or sites close.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- NASDU Level 2 certification or equivalent is mandatory.
- All vehicles and equipment must meet British Standards.
- Ability to handle patrol and incident reporting tasks with high attention to detail.
- Commitment to the welfare of both handler and dog, ensuring proper care and compliance at all times.
- Flexibility to move between different site locations as operational needs dictate.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
