Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2023 they are looking for a** **Document Controller** to join their Engineering team.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Managing contractual and administrative activities for a number of contracts/customers

Provide regular updates on the order book/delivery status to customers

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and deliver high quality service

Reviewing terms and conditions to customers for compliance, consistency and risk assessments

Assisting the contracts team with proposal preparation and submissions

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
Experience in a customer focused team, customer liaison role

Experience using ERP/SAP systems

Strong communications skills with a range of multi-functional staff and differing levels of seniority

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to customer deadlines
