**Attract the next generation of talent into the Chartered Accountancy profession in this exciting role.**

The executives in our Early Careers team engage with potential students and their influencers, such as parents, teachers and advisors, to promote the chartered accountancy as a fantastic career option. They manage a number of different engagement opportunities to physical events and face to face workshops across the UK to virtual seminars and other digital delivery methods. If you're someone who enjoys presenting to people, being an ambassador for your organisation and working with a broad mix of people, then this could be the role for you

**Early Careers Executive Requirements**

You will be a confident presenter who engages the audience with a friendly but professional style and have experience of being in front of different groups of people. You will have planned events from scratch, managed them to conclusion and have evaluated them for lessons learned. The team is in high demand so the ability to plan, be pragmatic but also diplomatic with stakeholders is essential. There is also still a desire from our partners to be visited so you will need to be prepared to travel across the UK so a clean current UK driving licence is essential. If you've worked in the education or professional services sectors before, this is advantageous.
