We are recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor.

Dyrham Park Country Club's beautiful Palladian Mansion is ranked among the oldest and most handsome of Hertfordshire venues, set in two hundred magnificent acres of a secluded estate. **Overview of Role**

To assist the Front of House Manager in the smooth running of the food and beverage operations at the Club, maintain excellence in quality, guest relations and provide supervision to junior colleagues.

Experience in bar work and food service is preferred, but attitude and personality are the number one qualification for this role. Beingpersonable and of an approachable nature is important, you must enjoy being hands on and leading from the front.

We care about our staff and as such we work straight shifts (no split shifts), our service is orientated to daytime service and early evening service, with only occasional late nights to host functions.
- Support the Front of House Manager in delivering first class service with a smile
- To uphold the set quality standard with respect to food, beverage, and customer service.
- Maintaining an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
- Delivery of day-to-day business, private functions, and events.
- Opening and closing of Clubhouse
- Lead by example in your department and help colleagues to deliver the required services.
- To assist with coordinating staff training, rotas, and development initiatives.
- Suggest ideas and implement improvements for developing and improving the food and bar business.
