Waitress and Barista

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and upsell menu items effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for payments.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service protocols.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Foster a friendly and hospitable environment, enhancing guest services at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proven ability in upselling products to enhance customer experience.
- Culinary skills with an interest in coffee preparation techniques.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.

Pay: £11.44-£15.12 per hour
