Due to company growth here at Dolphin Lifts Midlands Ltd we are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join our expanding team based in Tipton, to assist in the effective management of the business and our clients.
Our hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break, this equates to 42.5 hrs per week.
As Helpdesk Administrator you will provide a friendly and professional contact for customers and allocate work to our engineers. Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Handle incoming calls from service users and other partners to be the first point of contact to resolve initial queries and provide updates, directing calls as necessary to other departments.
- Ensuring that the relevant CRM systems are maintained in a timely manner, and updated frequently to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Liaising with Engineers to coordinate call outs, services and installations as required.
- Liaising with other departments such as Safety and Compliance, as well as the Parts department to ensure relevant information can be provided.
- General Administration as directed and relevant to the post, as well as any other duties which may reasonably be required.
- Have a minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
- A good understanding of GDPR.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also uses own initiative and demonstrates fantastic decision making and prioritisation skills.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Ability to successfully manage your own time and that of our engineers and management team.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
