**Job Description**:
Customer Support Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a customer support administrator to join a growing team in Andover who specialise in Visual Audio equipment. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Customer Support Administrator
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Assisting with logging fault/ support calls on the CRM
- Offer some basic troubleshooting and technical advice
- Schedule engineers to call or visit customer depending on the support they require
- Maintain and update customer records
- Manage call response and make sure support is delivered in line with the customers contractual requirements
- Raise invoices for off service billing
Requirments for this position:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous scheduling or support experience
- A minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience
- Interest in audio visual technology
- PC literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our client is based in Walworth Industrial Estate. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch break. Our client is offering a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
