**About the role**:
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in fantastic Secondary schools in and around the Cheshire area. The desired Learning Support Assistant will be supported by an outstanding and passionate teaching and management team. You will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:

- Be comfortable when supporting young people who display challenging behaviour, experience of this is desired but not essential
- Be flexible, adaptable, resilient and have the ability to think on your feet.
- Be proactive and take a person centred approach when working with pupils aged 11 - 16 years.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Have at least 2 weeks experience supporting 11-16year olds in secondary schools.
