**SALARY**
- Basic salary of **£20,600**:

- Average Bonus monthly
- Average earners make **£200- £300 per month increasing your salary to £25,000**

**The Role as a Call Handler will include**
- As a Call Handler, you will be receiving calls from existing customer
- Providing general customer support
- As a Call Centre Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and any issues they are facing

- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,600.00-£27,000.00 per year
