**Salary**: £25k+ Bonus + bens + progression

Hours: Monday to Friday

This role is a commercial administrator role based in their Stockport office. They require an administrator to run their lending portfolio. Attention to detail and good numeric skills are a must.

The role will start with the management of the administration and software but will develop into leadership of all aspects of operating the business.

Responsibilities:

- Check finance paperwork and prepare for pay out
- Process paperwork after payout - issuing Welcome packs etc
- Inputting new agreements onto the lending software
- Processing monthly DD claims through the lending software
- Keeping all customer records up to date on the lending software
- Assist with collection of arrears / liaise with end client
- Ensuring receipts are posted correctly onto the lending software and transferred correctly to Sage
- Manual postings onto the lending software
- Produce monthly management information for Directors
