- 3429**Our client, specialising in the scientific industry are looking to expand their learning offering and appoint a Lead Learning Designer to strategize and develop a range of learning solutions to support their users and services teams. You will utilise your skills and experience within learning design, leading the learning team and providing hands on expertise, focussing on digital and live training. This role will be hybrid
- working from home with regular visits to the office in Worcestershire.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the wider organisation to develop an effective learning strategy
- Catalogue current learning solutions
- Liaise with SMEs to determine course structure and content
- Ensure learning resources, LMS and programmes are developed and maintained
- Line management responsibility and hands on development of content
- Continuously monitor and improve content using analytics and feedback and advise on ROI

**Skills**:

- Highly organised with brilliant attention to detail
- Skilled in the use and management of a learning management system such as Cornerstone
- Understanding of learning theories and delivery with digital and live context
- Understanding of content reuse
- Ability to implement processes and templates

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years experience managing an LD team
- Experience of the curation and management of e-learning content
- Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe creative cloud, HTML etc.
- A scientific or software industry background is an advantage

**Education**:

- An instructional design or training qualification or equivalent is desirable
