**Salary**:£35,627 with potential to rise to £39,585 over 3 years**

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a **Validation Associate** to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

**Every day you will **
- Collate and analyse data using preset tools, methods and formats, whilst working independently.
- Interpret data and identify possible resolutions, navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents.
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders by providing information on policies and procedures.
- Provide support to others by carrying out a range of project management activities.

**What skills will help you thrive in this role?**
- Previous experience of providing performance assurance services in a complex organisation.
- Proficient in Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assurance
- The ability to manage personal workload effectively when faced with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
