As a Store Supervisor at Poundland located in the Great Yarmouth Regent Road Store, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all operations within the store. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Handling cash management, including opening and closing the store, as well as banking procedures
- Implementing and monitoring store policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Managing inventory levels and ordering stock to meet customer demand
- Conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate stock records
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with the recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained within the store
