**Position Overview**:
As a Technical Representative at DM Dzigns Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, utilizing your expertise to provide comprehensive solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced expertise or product knowledge.
- Document and track client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, thereby contributing to revenue growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree OR 1-year diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in documenting client interactions is preferred.
