**Permanent, Part-Time**

We are currently able to offer opportunities for home-based care Support Assistant's to join our team on a part time basis (up to 29 hours per week) to work in the Castle Point area.

We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Home-based support team. To support our clients in their own home.

The shift pattern is:
Week 1: Wednesday 07.30-20.30 and Thursday 07.30-20.30

Week 2: Wednesday 07.30-20.30, Saturday 07.30-21.00 and Sunday 07.30 21.00

Week 3 Wednesday 07.30-20.30

Week 4 Wednesday 07.30-20.30, Saturday 07.30-21.00 and Sunday 07.30-21.00.

You will play an important role, contributing to providing a 24-hour service that is Caring, Safe and Responsive and delivering the service in a Effective and Well Led manner. You will support the individual to develop their daily living skills, independence and community involvement whilst actively being involved in the development of the individuals support plan, goals, aspirations and reviews. This includes day trips out, shopping, engaging with their hobbies and interests, alongside seasonal activities which are encouraged too. You will be positively contributing to the corporate core values of Respect, One Estuary, Accountable and Responsible.
