**Training Officer - Stoke**

Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit the a training officer to ensure that all new starters and existing staff are trained to a high standard. We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work with our fantastic Training Team in this fast paced, demanding, and challenging role:

- The ability to train and coach a variety of different personalities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The capability to use a variety of learning styles
- The ability to train staff in the background of insurance
- The skill to train staff on a variety of insurance and in-house systems including CDL
- Excellent people and rapport building skills
- The ability to display professionalism constantly
- Extensive insurance knowledge
- The ability to identify areas of underperformance and take the necessary steps to rectify these specific areas
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a good eye for detail

Your daily role will include but not be limited to:

- Providing new starters with full and thorough inductions both theory and software based
- Completing initial sign off of new starters in all departments
- Developing and delivering a suite of soft skills courses to enhance existing staff knowledge
- Identifying gaps in knowledge through training needs analysis
- Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with Company Policy and Procedure, FCA and DPA requirements
- Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement
- Developing detailed training plans for all departments
- Completing quality control call checks on all areas of the business
