A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, focused Security Officer who is looking for a permanent role in the Portbury area. **As a Security Officer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing an onsite, professional security presence.
- Providing a deterrent to criminal activity, theft, and anti-social behaviour.
- Providing protection for customers, property, and staff.
- Carrying out patrols and search and emergency procedures including report writing.
- Carrying out other duties as agreed by client.

**We are looking for a Security Officer who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Must have an SIA Licence and be 18+ due to the nature of the role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be computer literate.
- View punctuality as important.
- Have a professional demeanour with sound judgement.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Be capable of working on your own initiative.
- Be willing to work as part of a team.
- First aid is beneficial but not essential.

You will be working shared shifts totalling 48 hours per week (or more if wanted), across a 24hr rota. This vacancy is covered by the Working Time Regulations.
