**Responsibilities**:
Work with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that support students' academic progress and personal development.

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to overcome any learning barriers they may face.

Monitor and assess student progress, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.

Help to create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages independent thinking and self-motivation.

Support the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, kindness, and inclusivity.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and trips.

**Requirements**:
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategies and technologies.
