**About the Role**

As a **Service Advisor**, you will be the **main point of contact** for customers throughout their vehicle servicing and repair journey. Your role is pivotal in ensuring **outstanding customer satisfaction** and smooth communication between the customer, workshop, and parts department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book service and repair work while ensuring workshop and parts availability.
- Keep customers informed of progress and advise on additional work if needed.
- Organise loan car bookings efficiently.
- Invoice accurately and ensure warranty transactions are processed daily.
- Manage payments in accordance with company policies.
- Work towards achieving **hours sold targets** and maintaining WIP to a minimum.
- Maintain accurate customer records using **Kerridge & Dialog** systems.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and upsell services where applicable.
- Convert inbound and outbound calls into bookings.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a dealership or service advisor role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver customer excellence.
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a target-driven role.
- A full UK driving licence (up to 6 points) is desirable.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday**:Between** 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM (typically an 8:00 AM start), with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rota on Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
