**Salary**: Up to £36,000 plus benefits

**Summary**:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Transport Front Line Manager to ensure operational compliance in line with the O Licence at an exciting company based in Nottinghamshire. The logistics operations are throughout both the UK and Europe, so an InternationalCPC and understanding of European geography is essential.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the planning schedule daily and weekly, ensuring plans are implemented as accurately as possible through leadership and motivation
- Ensure driver welfare and safety and maintenance of fleet records in line with the O Licence
- Effective management of driver performance, including fuel efficiency, infringements, defects, etc
- Review and support annual implementation of driver CPC training
- Manage and control financial data such as P&L and budgets
- Support the Transport Manager by providing accurate reports and create KPI's for the Planning team

Key Skills/Experience:

- International CPC and International Operators Licence
- Excellent level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience working in a 3rd party haulage environment
- Experience managing and controlling a profit & loss environment
- Knowledge of driver compliance rules and regulations
