Apprentice cabinet sprayer required to join our passionate and innovative team of 22 in a brand new workshop on Vale Park in Evesham, working under the 'Holly Oak House' Instagram brand.

Applicants should have a desire to learn the processes involved in the cabinetry spraying and finishing and should be prepared to be comfortable with spray equipment and hand equipment to take a job from our manufacturing shop to finished paint, stain and handfinishing requirments for each inparticular job working along side our in house sprayers and preppers;
- Applicants must have an eye for detail and passion about the trade
- You will need to be able to use your initiative and to have a conscientious and positive approach.
- Willingness to assist elsewhere in the business (i.e unloading, loading)
- A well mannered, good time keeping individual is important for this role

**You will be taught the following;**
- The ability to take a raw timber product from our manufacturing shop to an end finished product ready for installation.
- The ability to prep properly in order to spot flaws and to get the best finish possible.
- The ability to mix, store, prep all paints and stains for use.
- Learn the set up and dismantling of spray guns for each individual finish we apply.
- Learn how to spray flat and 3D products to get the finish that is required for each product/job.
- Learn from experienced staff to enhance the skills being taught.
