**Fun 4 Kids is a family run company that has been established since June 2005. We pride ourselves in the quality of care that we offer the children and families who use our wraparound care and holiday club services.**

We are looking for Playworkers to work as Bank Staff for our settings in and around Colchester. It is important that you hold a valid driving license and have access to a car, as you would be required to travel to any of our settings in the area.

This role is a 0 hour contract. As bank staff, we will call you in the event that one of our staff members are sick or on holiday and ask if you are available to cover the shift. The hours we operate are Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons, 7.00am-9am and 2.30pm-6pm.

The pay rate is £11.44 per hour.

It is important that you are a good communicator, work well within a team, you like having fun and most of all love children.

You must have sufficient understanding and use of spoken and written English.

Your duties will include, safeguarding children, engaging with children, supporting their emotional and physical development, record keeping, assisting with breakfast/snack preparation, planning for individual needs, managing behaviour, assisting with activities, observing children, attending team meetings and completing training as required.

All staff will be expected to complete a DBS check if they are not already on the DBS Update Service and supply us with two previous employment references.**
