**The Role and Department**:
We have an opportunity for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, based in Tameside and Glossop, to join the organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Project Manager the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach will be responsible for managing a case load of clients with multifaceted needs and a variety of mental health difficulties. Using a strength based and person-centred approach they will coach clients towards their goals and provide a toolkit of coping strategies and techniques to live life well.
